【Abstract】 In this paper the promotion of scientific research to "Physics and Technologies of Thin-film Materials" high-technology specialized course teaching was tentatively discussed.The results of scientific research will deepen and expand the course contents.To cultivate the students’ integrative and innovative abilities,the theory teaching combined with scientific experiments was emphasized,and study aiming for research mode was advocated to students.These tries have got favorable teaching results.更多还原
