Al2O3∶Pr3+荧光粉的乳液法制备及其性能
Photoluminescence Properties of Al2O3∶Pr3+ Phosphor Prepared by Emulsion Method
【摘要】 以硝酸铝为原料,采用乳液法制备了Al2O3∶Pr3+荧光粉,对其结构、形貌、晶粒尺寸及发光性能进行了分析。研究了煅烧温度和Pr3+掺杂量对Al2O3∶Pr3+荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明:采用乳液法制备工艺,经过1050℃煅烧2h,可以得到发光强度高的Al2O3∶Pr3+荧光粉,其最佳激发波长为451nm,最佳掺杂量为1mol%Pr3+,此时最强的发射峰出现在676nm附近,可以用于红色发光材料。
【Abstract】 Al2O3∶Pr 3+ phosphor was prepared by emulsion method using aluminum nitrate as the raw material,the phase structure,grain size,morphology and photoluminescence properties of the phosphor were analyzed,and the effects of calcine temperature and Pr 3+ doping concentration on the luminescence properties of the phosphor were investigated.Results show that the Al2O3∶Pr 3+ phosphor calcined at 1050℃ for 2h has high luminescence intensity,the optimum excitation wavelength is 451nm,the optimum dopant amount of Pr 3+ is 1mol %,and the main emission is about 676nm under the excitation of 451nm.Therefore,the prepared Al2O3∶Pr 3+ powder could be used for red phosphor.
