汽车覆盖件冲压成形灰色关联选材法研究

【摘要】 汽车覆盖件形状结构复杂,冲压时经常多发性地产生不同的成形缺陷,为了解决冲压选材问题,分析了以往选材研究的技术思想,通过试验检测冲压板料的性能数据,揭示当前冲压选材中仍然存在的问题,并使用灰色系统理论表征了冲压成形性能的灰色系统性质,提出应用灰色关联分析对覆盖件进行冲压选材的新方法,且针对行李箱盖内板实例性地说明使用这种方法进行冲压选材的决策过程.研究表明,采用本文方法可以解决传统冲压选材中离散性评判冲压板料各种性能指标的问题.

【Abstract】 Multi-defects will easily occur during auto-body workpieces press forming as their shape and structure are complex.In order to correctly select sheet steel for auto-body workpieces forming,the technical thoughtway in earlier studies for selecting sheet steel was analyzed.The problem in present selection of sheet steels for auto-body workpieces forming was revealed with the property data of sheet steels obtained from detecting tests.Meanwhile,grey system feature of auto-body workpieces forming was illustrated by means of the grey systems theory,and a new method was proposed based on the grey incidence analysis which might be used to correctly select sheet steels for various auto-body workpieces.An example of selecting sheet steels was exhibited by taking a frame trunk lid in auto-body.This case study shows that the problem that different material properties are separately assessed in traditional selection of sheet steels may be resolved with the method in this paper.
