Nomex/氰酸酯树脂夹层复合材料耐湿热性研究

【摘要】 在70℃,85%湿度的环境下对Nomex/氰酸酯树脂夹层复合材料进行了湿热处理,并对其吸湿特性进行了研究。然后,对老化前后的试样进行了力学性能以及介电性能的测试。结果表明:Nomex/氰酸酯树脂夹层复合材料经湿热处理后,其介电性能的保持率很高,具有很好的介电性能与耐湿热性。夹层材料力学性能保持率很高,主要是由于其面板基体树脂为氰酸酯树脂,其更好的耐湿热性给整个夹层结构提供更好的保护。

【Abstract】 After conditioning in certain hygrothermal environment,70℃,85%RH,the mechanical and dielectric properties of Nomex/cyanate ester resin sandwich composite were investigated in the dry and wet conditions.The results show that the Nomex/cyanate ester sandwich composites have very good hygrothermal resistance properties.The conservation rate of dielectric properties of Nomex/cyanate ester sandwich composites is much higher than that of other kinds of materials,indicating its best hygrothermal resistance properties in dielectric properties.Comparing with the Nomex/epoxy sandwich composites,the Nomex/cyanate sandwich composite has better mechanical properties hygrothermal resistance performance,for its facing material of cyanate ester resin,which would bring better protection for its core structure.
