【Abstract】 The definition,principle and classification of nano-particle probe were introduced.Furthermore,the use of DNA detection,protein analysis and deliver drugs were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of nano-particle probe were also summarized,such as amplify detection signal,avoid deterioration of protein and reduce the negative effects.And the developments of future nano-particle probe in the aspect of targeted drug delivery and multi-functional analysis were also discussed.更多还原
