可见光响应C掺杂纳米TiO2的研究进展
Research Progress in Visible-light Response of C-doped Nano TiO2
【摘要】 纳米TiO2的禁带宽度(3.2 eV)限制了对太阳光能的利用,对纳米TiO2进行掺C改性能减小带隙、显著提高对可见光的利用,同时保持紫外光光催化活性,显示出良好的应用前景。综述和分析了C掺杂纳米TiO2的可见光活性理论、制备方法、在环境污染治理等方面的应用,及C和其它元素共掺杂改性TiO2的研究。总结了C掺杂纳米TiO2研究中存在的问题,并讨论了今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 Large band gap of titania(3.2 eV) limits utilizing of solar light.Doping carbon into nano TiO2 results in reducing the band gap,improving the absorbance of visible light greatly and keeping the UV photocatalytic activity simultaneously,which shows the good application prospect.The theories of visible-light activities and the preparation methods for C-doped nano TiO2,its applications in such as environmental pollution and the study of C-codoped TiO2 with other elements are summarized and analyzed.The unsolved problems are presented in the research of C-doped nano TiO2,and the developing trend in the future is discussed.
