含钛硅胶的合成及其性能表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Ti-containing Silica Gel
【摘要】 以水玻璃为硅源并加入双氧水作为络合剂,在碱性条件下用溶胶-凝胶法合成了含钛硅胶,采用拉曼、扫描电镜、氮原子吸附及热重与差热分析对其进行了表征,并且对钛源与双氧水的络合机理进行了初步探讨。与其它方法相比,该方法操作简单、成本低,且重复性好,适用于工业生产。
【Abstract】 Titanium-containing silica gel are synthesized at alkalescent conditions by a sol-gel method using water glass as silicon source and H2O2 as coordination agent.The samples are characterized by Raman spectroscopy,SEM,and TG/DTA as well as nitrogen adsorption-desorption.The complex mechanism of titaium source and hydrogen peroxide is also investigated.Compare with other methods,this method is simple,low-cost and can be repeated easily,it is suitable for industrial production.
