钢中硫化物的形成及作用研究进展
Progress in Study of Sulfide Formation and Function in Steel
【摘要】 硫为钢中的有害元素,现代冶金技术不能将其完全去除。虽然洁净钢中硫含量极微,但硫化物组分复杂。硫一般富集于液相,硫化物的形成与钢液的变质、铸坯凝固、液相中合金元素等因素有关,进而增加了表征硫化物形成规律的难度,因此应该从控制液相中硫化物的形成上深入研究。此外,有关硫在固相中的偏析及冷却过程中硫化物的相变也少见报道。硫化物可以改善钢材的切削性能,含有大量硫化物的钢具有优良的自润滑和耐磨性能,但硫化物使这类钢的韧性不足。对富硫钢液的凝固及其硫化物演变机理进行研究有利于开发具有自主知识产权的高硫量新钢种。
【Abstract】 Sulfur is a harmful element in steel,but it still can not be thoroughly removed by modern metallurgical technique. It is difficulty to figure out the formation mechanism of sulfides and the reasons are as below:tiny amount of Sulfur in clean steel,the effect of steel solidificatin on their formation,the effect of alloy element in steel and rare earth modification. Therefore,it has rarely been seen any report on segregation of Sulfur in austenite and solid transformation of sulfides. However,some sulfides are found to improve some properties of steel. The steel containing a large number of sulfides(high sulfur steel) has self-lubricity and abrasion resistance and sulfides make the steel show brittleness.It is necessary to study the solidification of high sulfur steel and evolution of sulfides in solid state to control the formation of sulfides in steel.
