固体氧化物燃料电池密封稳定性的研究进展
Research Progress in the Stability of Hermeticitical Sealing for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells
【摘要】 固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFCs)的密封质量直接影响其工作性能和寿命,是实现SOFCs商业化应用必须解决的课题之一。综述了玻璃/微晶玻璃封接、压缩封接和金属气密封接在耐久性和耐循环性方面的研究现状,从气密性、热失配补偿和化学稳定性方面分析了各方法的主要问题和解决办法,并展望了中低温SOFCs密封的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Quality of hermeticitical sealing which played an important role in life and performance of solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs) must be solved for the commercialization of SOFCs. The current status of hermeticitical sealing,glass/glass-ceramic sealing,compressive sealing and metal hermeticitical sealing for durability and resistance research of thermal cycling for SOFCs at intermediate and low temperature is reviewed. Discussion on the problem and possible solution of every method is made from hermeticity,compensation for thermophysical property mismatch and chemical stability. And a view of the trends in hermeticitical sealing for SOFCs at intermediate and low temperature is given.
