包覆型短碳纤维等效介电常数的模拟计算
Simulation and Computation of Effective Electromagnetic Parameters of Coated Short Carbon Fibers
【摘要】 基于等效电磁理论,推导了频率小于2GHz的包覆型短碳纤维的等效电磁参数方程。采用Matlab6.5软件对包覆型短碳纤维的等效电磁参数进行了模拟和计算,并讨论了包覆层体积分数和短碳纤维长径比对等效电磁参数的影响。结果表明,等效介电常数随着包覆层体积分数的增大而增大,当短碳纤维的长径比小于30时影响较大。包覆型短碳纤维的等效电磁参数方程的模拟结果与实验结果相对误差小于10%。
【Abstract】 Based on effective electromagnetic theory,the equation of effective electromagnetic parameters of coated short carbon fibers(SCF) under 2GHz is presented. The effective electromagnetic parameters of coated SCF are simulated by Matlab6.5 software. The influences of volume fraction(Vf) of coating layer and the ratio of length to diameter on effective electromagnetic parameters are discussed. The results show that the effective permittivity increases as the Vf increases and the ratio of length to diameter has more effective when it under 30. Comparing the simulated results with the experimental results,the relative error less than 10%.
