【摘要】 针对以往电沉积制备合金高温下易氧化或存在环境污染的问题,采用复合电沉积方法制备了Ni-W-Al2O3泡沫合金,并对该合金泡沫的形貌、镀液组分与合金中Al含量的关系和合金的抗拉强度、抗腐蚀性、高温抗氧化性进行了研究。结果表明:该合金泡沫骨架平整,合金中Al含量随着镀液中Al2O3含量的增加而增加;泡沫合金抗拉性能随着Al含量增加先缓慢下降,在Al含量超过6.50%时,显著下降;本泡沫合金的耐腐蚀和抗高温氧化性能均优于Ni-W泡沫,Al含量在5.05%时,耐中性盐雾腐蚀和耐高温氧化性能最佳。

【Abstract】 Ni-W-Al2O3 foam alloy was prepared using composite electrodeposition technology.The correlation among morphology and bath composition plus Al content in the alloy was explored.The tensile strength,corrosion resistance and high-temperature antioxidation ability of the alloy were investigated.It was found that the framework of the alloy was smooth,and Al content in the alloy increased with increasing concentration of Al2O3 in plating bath.The tensile strength of the foam alloy decreased slowly with increasing Al content,and sharply decreased when the Al content exceeded 6.50%.Besides,Ni-W-Al2O3 foam alloy had better corrosion resistance and high-temperature antioxidation ability than Ni-W foam alloy,and Ni-W-Al2O3 foam alloy containing 5.05%Al possessed the best salt-spray corrosion resistance and high-temperature antioxidation ability.
