Q235碳钢表面纳米TiO2复合膜的耐腐蚀性能

【摘要】 在低碳钢表面直接制备纳米TiO2薄膜,结合力不强,膜易脱落。为此,以Ni-P化学镀层作基体和膜之间的过渡层,然后采用溶胶凝胶-提拉法在Q235碳钢表面制备了均匀致密的纳米TiO2复合膜。研究了纳米TiO2复合膜的烧结温度、膜厚度对耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:提拉3次,450℃烧结1h的纳米TiO2复合膜在3%NaCl溶液中耐蚀性能较好;在紫外光照射下膜的腐蚀电位低于Q235碳钢基体,作为非牺牲性阳极对Q235碳钢具有优异的防腐蚀性能。

【Abstract】 A uniform and compact nano-TiO2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of Q235 carbon steel via sol-gel and dip-coating routes in the presence of electroless Ni-P alloy coating as the transition layer. The effects of sintering temperature and thickness on corrosion resistance of the ceramic coating were investigated. Results indicate that the nano-TiO2 composite coating obtained after three times of dip-coating and heat-treatment at 450 ℃ for 1 h possesses the best corrosion resistance,and the coating has a lower corrosion potential under UV illumination than the carbon steel substrate,showing excellent anticorrosion function as a non-sacrificial anode coating for the carbon steel substrate.
