【Abstract】 Water bamboo is a aquatic vegetable,formed by Ustilago esculenta infecting Zizania latifolia. When the plants escape from infection of U. esculenta,they was called as male water bamboo during cultivation. A simply,rapidly mycological method for clearly observing fungal hyphal distribution in the water bamboo plant tissues and distinguishing the water bamboo plants from the male water bamboo plants were recommended.更多还原
