【Abstract】 Adam Smith lay the foundation for the market economy theory in the 18 century,Buchanan’s public choice theory expanded Smith principle in political market,and Hurwizc’s mechanism design theory gave Smith principle a modern interpretation and proof,proposing methods to design corresponding mechanism to remedy the defect of market mechanisms.It is found that the three theories have rigorous inherent connection: to pursue incentive-compatibility for individual interests and social public interests.更多还原
