SnO2纳米棒的氧化还原特性
The Redox Properties of SnO2 Nanorods
【摘要】 利用室温固相反应在NaCl-KCl熔盐介质中,通过焙烧含SnO2纳米颗粒前驱体合成了SnO2纳米棒,并采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、选区电子衍射和X射线光电子能谱对SnO2纳米棒进行了表征.结果表明,SnO2纳米棒是表面光滑、结晶完整的金红石结构单晶体,直径为10~20nm,长度为几百纳米到几个微米.程序升温还原结果表明,SnO2纳米棒具有较好的氧化还原性能和催化活性.探讨了SnO2纳米棒的氧化还原机理.
【Abstract】 SnO2 nanorods were successfully synthesized in molten NaCl-KCl salt through calcination of SnO2 nanoparticles precursor pre-pared by solid state reaction at room temperature.The structure and morpho1ogy of SnO2 nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,selected-area electron diffraction,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that the SnO2 nanorods with 10–20 nm diameter and several micrometers length were rutile structure.The results of H2 temperature-programmed reduction demonstrated that the SnO2 nanorods had good redox performance.The redox mechanism was discussed in detail.
