小刀蛏群体内同工酶的生化遗传分析
Biochemical Genetic Analysis of Eight Isozymes in Intra-populations of Razor Clam Cultellus attenuatus
【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续垂直平板电泳技术对采自舟山嵊泗海区的小刀蛏群体不同个体的苹果酸脱氢酶、苹果酸酶、细胞色素氧化酶、酯酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶8种同工酶进行了生化遗传分析,共记录了21个基因座位,37个等位基因,其中有11个基因座位(Mdh-1、Mdh-2、Me-1、Me-2、Pod-1、Pod-2、Pod-3、Cod-3I、cd-1I、cd-2和Icd-3)为多态,多态座位比例为52.38%。小刀蛏群体内具一定的遗传变异能力。
【Abstract】 Eight isozymes including malate dehydrogenase(MDH),malic enzyme(ME),cytochrome oxidase(COD),esterase(EST),isocitrate dehydrogenase(ICD),peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PDH)were analyzed in different individuals of Shengsi population of razor clam Cultellus attenuatus by discontinuous system of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate.The results showed that there were 21 alleles and 37 gene loci,11 of which(Mdh-1,Mdh-2,Me-1,Me-2,Pod-1,Pod-2,Pod-3,Cod-3,Icd-1,Icd-2,and Icd-3)were polymorphic with P=52.38%,indicating that there was genetic variation in the intra-population of the clam.
