水产品鲜样中无机砷的氢化物原子荧光检测方法探讨
Hydride Generation-atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry for Inorganic Arsenic Inspection in Fresh Fishery Products
【摘要】 鉴于GB/T 5009.11-2003《食品中总砷及无机砷的测定》中的氢化物原子荧光测定法中水产鲜样品的回收率非常低,而以取样量和水浴时间为影响回收率的2个重要因素,就不同取样量及不同的水浴提取时间进行试验。试验结果表明,当取样量为2 g、水浴时间为24 h时,回收率最高,超过95%。
【Abstract】 Inorganic arsenic is a very important guideline for evaluation of fishery products.Now,there is no standard inspecting method for the products in China.Because the particularity of fisheries,the authors found the fresh fishery product samples,GB/T5009.11-2003 《The Inspecting of Total Arsenic and Inorganic Arsenic in Food》 not in point.The authors tried some different conditions and finally found the best method—the sampling volume is about 2 g,and the distilling time is 24 h.Under this condition,the recovery is above 95%.
