【Abstract】 Temperature modulation technology has been proved to be an efficient method to improve gas sensors’ selectivity and stability.Lots of research have been carried out recently.The temperature modulation techniques of gas sensors are investigated and analyzed detailed in this paper,and it is stated from four key points including temperature modulation methods,dynamic signal processing techniques,optimization of modulation modes and modeling of dynamic responses.The developing trends of the technique is discussed at last.更多还原
