单探测器偏振相干层析系统结构对信噪比影响的研究
Influence of System Schematic on SNR in Single-Detector Polarization-Sensitive Optical Coherence Tomography
【摘要】 主要研究单探测器的偏振光学相干层析系统(Polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography,PS-OCT)的成像信噪比,探索不同系统结构对系统信噪比的影响。分析并比较使用差分探测器和非差分探测器的三种单探测器PS-OCT系统结构,推导出各系统结构下的信噪比表达式。在此基础上,仿真不同系统参数对这三种单探测器PS-OCT系统信噪比的影响。对比相同系统参数下,不同结构的单探测器PS-OCT系统信噪比值,分析其获得最佳信噪比的条件,最终得出结论:三种不同结构的系统中,在系统参数相同的情况下,使用差分探测器的对称结构单探测器偏振OCT系统可以实现最高信噪比。
【Abstract】 The paper studied the effect of system schematic on the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) in single-detector polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography(PS-OCT).Three different schematics of single-detector PS-OCT were introduced,either using balanced detector or unbalanced detector.And the SNR expression for each schematic was deduced.The paper simulated the influence of system parameters on SNR in single-detector PS-OCT with different schematic,and compared the SNR of single-detector PS-OCT with same system parameters but different schematic.The results approved the SNR advantage of symmetric single-detector PS-OCT with balanced detector among the three systems studied.
