【摘要】 基于Flow Master软件建立了带双可变气门正时和两级可变单进气门升程系统的发动机润滑系统的一维仿真模型。通过模拟仿真,分析了曲轴主轴承、连杆轴承和凸轮轴轴承的配合间隙、机油泵压力-流率特性、机油温度、活塞冷却喷嘴启喷压力和凸轮轴轴承油路节流量孔等关键参数对发动机润滑系统压力特性的影响,对其进行了综合优化。优化结果表明,发动机增加VVT和VVL系统后,必须同时对机油泵的压力-流率特性、活塞冷却喷嘴的启喷压力、机油温度等多参数同步调整,才能满足润滑系统润滑和液压驱动的双重功能需求。

【Abstract】 A one-dimension lubrication system model of a DVVT and VVL system equipped engine was built based on Flow Master software.Key parameters’ effects,such as clearance of main bearing,connecting rod bearing and camshaft bearing,pressure vs flow rate of oil pump,oil temperature,open pressure of piston cooling jet and oil orifice for camshaft bearing,on the pressure of lubrication system were analyzed and optimized.The results showed that with additional VVT and VVL system,only by simultaneously modulating parameters,such as the pressure vs flow rate of oil pump,open pressure of piston cooling jet and oil temperature etc.,can an engine lubrication system meet the double function requirements of lubrication and oil driving.
