【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在胃肠间质瘤诊断中的价值。方法对经手术及病理证实的43例胃肠间质瘤的临床及彩色多普勒超声诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例分为两组:A组肿瘤<5cm,B组肿瘤≥5cm。A组形态规则,回声均匀;B组呈哑铃状或分叶状,回声不均质,内有不规则无回声区。两组病例彩色多普勒血流分级及RI无显著差异(P>0.05)。胃、结直肠、小肠间质瘤的超声定位准确率分别为:96.0%,83.3%,54.5%.结论彩色多普勒超声在胃肠间质瘤的诊断中具有重要价值,可为临床治疗方案的选择提供重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods Ultrasonography and clinical data of 43 patients with GIST confirmed by pathology and operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases were divided into two groups.Group A,the size of tumor<5cm,presented as heterogenous solid masses with clear margin.Group B,the size of tumor≥5cm,presented as homogenous solid masses in dumbbell or lobulated shape.There were no marked difference between two groups on color doppler level and RI(P>0.05).The location accuracy rate of GISTs on stomach,large intestine and small intestine were 96.0%,83.3% and 54.5% respectively.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of GISTs,which is helpful in clinical management.更多还原
