【Abstract】 The article discusses the perplexities that sub-health brings to university librarians and analyzes the main reasons of their sub-healthy status.It appeals that library circle should not only focus on the value of libraries,but also pay more attention to the physi-cal and mental health of their staff.At the same time,it requires librarians to improve recognition about sub-health and it points out that a health body is an important factor to serve readers and avoid sub-health status.更多还原
