【Abstract】 Present Training of pedagogical techniques in higher education is not so satisfactory,which is due to the weak points such as the lack of effective institutionalization,passive learners and monotonous content.To solve the problems,reaching a common understanding and constructing the effective institutionalization as well as training on different levels are suggested to cultivate teachers’ operational capability of modern pedagogical techniques.更多还原
