氨纶生产的整体优化与自动控制系统开发

【摘要】 为解决我国氨纶的需求量高、产量低问题,对聚合反应的时序、流程图进行了分析和改造,同时利用计算机互联网的方法和改进硬件设备的方法,实现了生产线的最佳改造。采用DCS(Distributed Control Sys-tem)控制方法对多条生产线的综合优化进行了研究,并针对辽源得亨公司的生产现状,开发了基于现代集成制造系统、综合自动化技术和最优工艺调度技术的氨纶计算机综合控制系统。该系统最大限度地减少生产成本,增加企业效益的目的。

【Abstract】 In China,the demand for high yield spandex. To solve this problem,based on the polymerization reaction sequence,flow charts are analyzed and improved,and the method of using computer Internet hardware and improvement of polymerization methods to improve the production efficiency and achieve the best modification of production. Then,using method of DCS ( Distributed Control System) control of production lines of integrated optimization is studied. Aiming at LiaoYuan have company production status,based on the research and development of modern integrated manufacturing system,integrated automation technology and the optimal process scheduling techniques of spandex fiber production process of comprehensive control system of computer,to reduce production cost and increase the efficiency.
