纳米Bi2O3粉体的制备与性质研究
Research on the Synthesis and Properties of Nanometer Bi2O3 Powder
【摘要】 本文采用均匀沉淀法合成了纳米Bi2O3粉体材料,应用TEM、XRD、XPS对其形貌和结构进行了表征。通过实验研究确定纳米Bi2O3粉体最佳工艺条件:Bi3+溶液的浓度为0.125 mol.L-1;DBS作为添加剂,其最佳浓度为0.023 mol.L-1;最佳焙烧温度750℃。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Bi2O3 nanoparticles were prepared by the homogeneous precipitation method.Its structure and surface morphology were characterized by XRD,XPS and TEM,and the optical spectrum of Bi2O3 was investigated.The optimization of the process conditions are as following:the concentration of Bi3+ is 0.125 mol·L-1,DBS is a suitable additive and it’s concentration is 0.023 mol·L-1;the best calcining temperature is 750℃.
