【Abstract】 In this paper,the author proposes the concept of micro-allocation of the higher education resource and the efficiency of micro-allocation,analyzes the influencing factor of the micro-allocation efficiency of higher education resource,constructs evaluation index system of micro-allocation efficiency of higher education resource,and creates the efficiency evaluation method of the character background efficiency,which improved the DEA’s CCR model and BCC model,to get efficiency index with the dual meaning,including the quality and quantity,and proposed a new evaluation method of micro-allocation efficiency of the higher education resources.更多还原
