大学生自我效能感的影响因素及其培养途径
Influencing Factors and Training Ways of Self-efficacy of College Students
【摘要】 大学生的自我效能感对学习能力和人格发展有着直接的影响。通过介绍自我效能感的概念、形成及对大学生的影响,进而提出提高大学生自我效能感的途径。
【Abstract】 College students’ self-efficacy brings a direct effect on their learning ability and personality development.This article introduces the concept and fashion of self-efficacy and the influence on students,and then puts forward the ways to improve the self-efficacy of college students.
