工程船靠泊过程的力学分析(英文)
Analysis of Mechanics During Berthing of Engineering Ships
【摘要】 研究了工程船靠泊过程中在橡胶护舷、靠泊船及停泊船之间传递的靠泊力及能量。在简化分析中,将靠泊船等效为一质量块,护舷结构等效为一非线性弹簧,停泊船舷侧结构等效为一线性弹簧,利用能量法推导了最大靠泊力的估算公式。此外,利用LS-DYNA有限元仿真,研究了三种不同型式的橡胶护舷作用下的靠泊力及吸能分配情况,验证了简化公式的有效性,同时为工程船在靠泊过程中的结构安全分析及护舷的选型提供参考。
【Abstract】 Impact load and energy transmitted among the berthing ship,the rubber fender system and the anchored ship were investigated.In the analysis,the berthing ship is approximated as a mass,the fender system as a nonlinear spring and the side structure of the anchored ship as a linear spring. Based on assumptions together with the principle of energy conservation,a simplified formulas predicting the maximum berthing force is proposed. Furthermore,finite Element simulation of the berthing process between a split hopper barge and a cutter suction dredger connected via three different types of rubber fenders is carried out through LS-DYNA. Finite element (FE) results demonstrate the validity of the simplified formulas which could be useful in structural safety analysis during berthing and provide advice for the selection of rubber fenders.
