基于FEM的聚酯碳酸饮料包装瓶强度和结构分析

【摘要】 从理论上得到了聚酯碳酸饮料包装瓶的应力计算方法和强度条件;利用ANSYS对其强度进行了有限元模拟和计算,得到了不同厚度的聚酯碳酸饮料包装瓶的应力图,并分析了其应力特点;同时研究了轴向载荷和瓶体开凹槽对瓶体应力的影响。为聚酯碳酸饮料包装瓶的优化设计提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 The stress calculation method and strength condition of PET aerated water bottle were obtained from theory.The strength of PET aerated water bottle was simulated and calculated ANSYS.The stress graphics of the bottle with different thickness was plotted and their stress property was analyzed.The influence of axial load and grooves on bottle stress was also studied.The purpose was to provide academic rules for the design of PET aerated water bottle.
