【摘要】 目的:测定骨质糖浆中松果菊苷的含量。方法:以松果菊苷为测定指标,HPLC法测定骨质糖浆中松果菊苷含量的色谱条件:色谱柱为HIMADZUVP-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(18:82),检测波长为334nm,流速为1mL/min。结果:3个批次的含量分别为0.46mg/mL,0.43mg/mL,0.56mg/mL。结论:定量方法简便、准确、重复性好,可以作为骨质糖浆的质量控制。

【Abstract】 Objective:To determination of echinacoside in guzhi syrup.Methods:With echinacoside as the marker,HPLC was used to determine the contents of echinacoside in the condition of chromatographic column:HIMADZU VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrilel-0.2%orthophosphoric acid(18:82),detection wavelength:334nm,flow rate:1.0 mL/min.Results:The contents of three batches were separately 0.46mg/mL,0.43mg/mL,0.56mg/mL.Conclusions:The method is quick,simple,and repeatable for the determination of echinacoside in guzhi syrup.It can be used as quality control in medicinal preparation.
