【摘要】 目的:研究山芝麻抗炎镇痛止血有效部位。方法:分别用小鼠耳肿胀法和大鼠足肿胀法观察其抗炎作用,用小鼠扭体法和热板法观察镇痛作用,用玻片法和断尾法观察其止血作用。结果:山芝麻正丁醇部位在抑制小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足肿胀、减少小鼠扭体次数和延长痛阈值时间﹑缩短小鼠凝血和止血时间等方面与空白对照组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且其止血作用与云南白药相当。结论:山芝麻抗炎镇痛止血的有效部位是正丁醇部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and hemostasis effects parts of different extracting fractions of helicteres angustifoia L.Methods:Anti-inflammatory effect was observed by ear edema in mice and paw edema in rat methods,analgesic action was observed by writhing assay and hot-plate test in mice,hemostasis action was observed by slide and BT methods.Results:The n-butanol fraction of helicteres angustifoia L.showed significant difference(P<0.05) by statistics in inhibiting ear edema in mice and rat paw edema,decreasing the writhing times,increasing the pain threshold for hot plate,and shortening the bleeding and blood coagulating time in mice compared with the control group,and it’ hemostasis effects was as strong as Yunnan Baiyao Plaster.Conclusion:The n-butanol fraction of helicteres angustifoia L.was the anti-inflammatory,analgesic,hemostasis effects part.更多还原
