【摘要】 目的:探讨中医医院临床中医病证诊断分布规律,编制中医临床病证诊断标准基本目录。方法:首先从国家中医药管理局全国中医医院医疗质量监测中心,提取近5年全国100所中医院住院病人病案首页中临床诊断相关数据,建立数据库;其二依托中华中医药学会各临床分会开展中医病证调查研究;其三搜集近年来国家中医药管理局、中华中医药学会等颁布发行的中医临床行业标准;其四开展中医临床规划教材中的中医病证诊断分析研究;其五将以上的研究结果进行整合分析研究;最后开展临床验证研究,抽取了10家具有一定规模的中医院,进行了中医病证诊断分布现状的验证研究。结果:通过对病案、专家咨询、问卷调查、教材、相关行业标准等所获取的中医病证诊断资料进行整合分类和临床验证研究,编制《中医临床病证诊断标准基本目录(送审稿)》,经专家论证、审查验收,最终形成基本目录的报送稿。结论:为构建中医技术标准体系提供基础依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the distribution laws of common TCM syndromes in TCM hospitals,aiming to establish a classification framework of disease-syndrome diagnosis standard for TCM disease-syndrome.Methods:Firstly,an information database was set up through collecting the clinical diagnostic data from the first page of patients’ medical records of 100 TCM hospitals in the last 5 years.Secondly,the TCM syndrome investigation was carried out assisted by all clinical branches of China Association of Chinese Medicine.Thirdly,the TCM clinical professional standards issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and China Association of Chinese Medicine were collected.Fourthly,the analytic study on TCM syndrome diagnosis in TCM clinical planned textbooks was conducted.Fifthly,all above study results were integrated and analyzed.Finally,the verification research on the distribution status of TCM syndrome diagnosis was carried out in 10 TCM hospitals.Results:The Basic Contents of TCM Syndrome Diagnosis Standard in Clinic(Edition on Approval) was compiled through integrating,classifying,proving in clinic the data of TCM syndrome diagnosis collected from medical records,expert consulting,questionnaires,textbooks and relevant professional standards.After the arguments,examinations and acceptance by experts,the submitting copy of the Contents was completed finally.Conclusion:The study will provide the basis for the establishment of TCM technique standard system.更多还原
