大强度训练对速滑运动员免疫系统的影响

【摘要】 以哈尔滨市速滑队8名男性专业运动员为研究对象,采用实验法、对比分析法,分析大强度训练对速滑运动员免疫指标的影响。结果表明:训练后2h白细胞总数、粒细胞绝对值显著升高,并达到最高值,而淋巴细胞绝对值在下降;白细胞总数、粒细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞绝对值在运动后24h恢复正常;训练后即刻免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)有所下降,免疫球蛋白A(IgA)下降明显,训练后3hIgG、IgM、IgA指标可接近训练前水平。由此得出,大强度训练可降低运动员机体的免疫水平,有关数据的测定有助于掌握速滑运动员的运动强度和负荷量,为合理安排训练计划提供依据。

【Abstract】 Selecting 8 male objects from Harbin professional speed skating team,with the methods of experimentation and contrast analysis,the article analyzes the effect of high-intensity training on their immunity indexes.The results show that 2 hours after training,the total number of interleukin and absolute neutrophil significantly increase and reach the top value,but absolute lymphocyte decreases;24 hours after training,the total number of interleukin,absolute neutrophil,absolute lymphocyte return to normal level;instantly after training,both IgG and IgM decrease,IgA decrease remarkably;3 hours after training,IgG,IgM and IgA are close to the level before training.It indicates that the high-intensity training may weaken the skaters’ immunity function.The relevant test will be helpful to monitor the skaters’ training load and intensity and may be as a reference for having a better training plan.
