【摘要】 以语用学中礼貌原则为依据,在中国当代电视剧中提取语料,通过基本话语分析手段综合社会语言学和语用学的理论和研究方法,具体分析了七位女性管理者在工作场合对于指令句的使用,进而探索中国高层职业女性在日常工作交流中所采取的指令句的实现方式,得出结论:中国的女性管理者并没有改变其传统的交际模式,并且凭借其传统的交际模式,她们成功地达到了自己的交际目的,行使了权力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the courteous principle of philology as the basis,extracting linguistic material from modern television drama,and synthesizing the theory and measures of social linguistics,the paper analyses the order sentences applied by seven female governers at business occasions,and then proceed to discuss the order sentences and their implemented pattern which the high ranking career women adopt during daily business communication.As a result,the governers in China have not changed the traditional communication pattern,and with the help of traditional communication pattern,they successful realize their puepose.更多还原
