【Abstract】 It points out that the risk from exchange rate fluctuations turning to effects on import/export enterprises needs a process, which depends on whether the transaction risk,accounting risk and operational risk can be effectively controlled. The risk of exchange rate fluctuations is only a possibility and uncertainty ,and the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on business is a reality and result.
