【Abstract】 Supply chain management is beneficial for enterprises to improve their customers′ satisfaction horizon and international competitiveness.However,when enterprises carry out supply chain management,many information crises crop up simultaneously;thus information becomes an important part of supply chain management.It suggests many respective countermeasures to resolve information crises to reduce risks to the minimum and gain more economic benefits,such as avoiding information distortion to decrease bullwhip effect,improving the level of information sharing,setting up an effective encouragement mechanism,and building up effective credit regulations,etc.The main target is to guide enterprises to improve the level of information sharing,use all the resources of the enterprises sufficiently and effectively,avoid information crises in supply chain management to get greater economic benefits.更多还原
