【摘要】 目的:通过分析包头市2003-2008年结核病控制项目实施的效果,为今后结核病控制的可持续发展提供技术策略。方法:对包头市2003-2008年结核病防治工作资料进行汇总分析。结果:2003-2008年间,结核病人的发现率呈逐年上升趋势,2003-2007年间结核病的治愈率及完成率也呈现逐年上升趋势。5年间共接诊可疑结核症状者28226例,发现活动性肺结核病人7894例,初治涂阳4017例,复治涂阳854例。新涂阳肺结核病人登记率为26.24/10万,新发涂阳病人登记率从2003年的5.38/10万上升到2008年的36.19/10万。肺结核病人治愈率为89.35%,涂阴肺结核病人的治疗完成率为86.85%。结论:项目实施后提高了肺结核病人的发现率和治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the implementation effect of tuberculosis(TB) control project in Baotou from 2003 to 2008 in order to provide technical strategies for sustainable development of the tuberculosis control.Methods:The data concerning TB control in Baotou from 2003 to 2008 were summarized and analyzed.Results:During the period of 2003-2008 the incidence rate of TB was on the rise year by year,and the curative rate of TB was increased as well year by year during the period of 2003-2007.A total of 28 226 cases of suspected tuberculosis were diagnosed and treated in the past five years,among which there were7 894 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis,4 017 cases of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis and 854 cases of re-treated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.The register rate of new smear positive TB increased from 5.38 /100 000 in 2003 to 36.19 /100 000 in 2008.The curative rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis was 89.35 % and the treatment rate of smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis was 86.35 %.Conclusion:The detection rate,and the curative rate,of tuberculosis were increased after the completion of tuberculosis control project.更多还原
