维生素D受体基因Fok1多态性与内蒙古地区汉族绝经后妇女骨密度的关系

【摘要】 目的:探讨维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR)基因Fok1多态性与内蒙古地区汉族绝经后妇女骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)的关系,并进一步了解其在该人群中的频率分布。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP),分析103名内蒙古地区汉族绝经后妇女VDR基因Fok1多态性,同时用双能X线骨密度仪测定绝经后妇女腰椎BMD。结果:VDR基因型FF、Ff、ff在研究人群中的分布频率分别为27.2%、52.4%、20.4%,基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;以年龄、身高、体重、绝经年限作校正,分析Fok1基因型与绝经后妇女BMD值的关系,显示无关联。结论:中国内蒙古地区汉族绝经后妇女VDR基因Fok1多态性与骨密度无相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the association of vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene FokⅠpolymorphisms with bone mineral density(BMD) in postmenopausal women of the Han nationality in inner-mongolian area of china and obtain the polymorphism distribution of VDR gene Fok1 in those population.Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)mothod was used to analyze three genotypes FF,Ff and ff in the start codon of VDR gene(FokⅠ)in unrelated normal healthy postmenopausal women of the Han nationality in inner-mongolian area of china.BMD was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptionmetry.Results: The frequency of VDR FokⅠgenotypes was 27.2 % for FF,52.4 % for Ff,and 20.4 % for ff.The frequencies distribution of FokⅠ in the population followed the Hardy-weinbery equilibrium.VDR FokⅠpolymorphisms was not associated with BMD at the lumbar spire after adjusting confounding factors such as age,height,weight and nenopause age.Conclusion: BMD is not associnted with VDR gene FokⅠpolymorphisms.
