中学体育教师职业压力及压力源的调查研究

【摘要】对239名东北地区中学体育教师职业压力进行问卷调查,结果表明:中学体育教师职业压力较大或很大;在城镇、学校类别、年龄、兼职等方面存在差异;工作因素、职业需要、家长因素是中学体育教师职业压力的主要压力源.更多还原

【Abstract】 Analysis of returned questionnaires from 239 physical education teachers in middle schools in Northeastern China shows that middle school physical education teachers are subject to significant or great professional pressure.Differences were found among regions,teaching ages,duties and classification of school types.The main occupational stressors are from work,career need and parents.更多还原
