全封闭隔离方式保持红细胞制品运输冷链的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨在极端环境温度下使用普通泡沫材料和冷源包装红细胞制品,保障其长时间运输冷链的有效方法。方法选择普通湿冰、10%氯化钠冰、储能冰袋和不同包装材料:发泡聚苯乙烯泡沫箱、铝合金箱、蓄冷器,以全封闭方式隔离红细胞制品并观察温度变化。结果在-23、25、40℃的环境温度中,10%氯化钠冰温度过低,难以维持在2℃以上,储能冰袋可以维持红细胞悬液温度32 h,自制湿冰43 h。结论普通泡沫材料制作的运血箱用自制湿冰以全封闭隔离方式包装红细胞悬液,能够满足其长时间运输过程中的冷链要求。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effective way of maintaining the temperature of RBCs during long-time transportation in extreme environments using common materials and cold source.Methods Ice in water,ice made from 10% sodium chloride,ice packs were used as cold source and package materials were selected by testing the temperature of the RBCs packed in different package materials.The RBCs were stored in the package material and isolated from the cold source.The packed RBCs were loaded it in the simulation environment,and the temperature of the RBCs were recorded.Results The common materials and cold source were capable of maintaining the temperature of RBCs between 2 ℃ and 10 ℃ for over 48 hours at-23 ℃,25 ℃,or 40 ℃.Conclusion Acceptable temperature can be maintained for daily transportation of RBCs using the method and the materials.
