【Abstract】 Loss of editor personality hinders not only the healthy development of academic journals,but also affects enthusiasm of academic innovation.It is mainly shown in following aspects at present: neglecting to learn new things,being too dependent on academic authorities,tending to be arrogant and feel superior,and carrying out misconducts.Some suggestions to solve these problems are given.更多还原
