跳高运动员髋关节肌群生物力学特征分析
A Study on Mechanical Features of Hip Muscles of High-jumping Athletes
【摘要】 目的:研究跳高运动员髋关节肌群向心收缩时的生物力学特征。方法:采用德国ISOMED2000等速测试仪,测试一、二级跳高运动员髋关节肌群在等速向心收缩(60°/s)时的生物力学特征。结果:跳高运动员髋关节峰力矩,左右侧伸肌均大于屈肌,一级运动员摆动腿屈肌峰力矩较二级运动员摆动腿屈肌峰力矩大,两者具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);一级运动员起跳腿伸肌峰力矩较二级运动员起跳腿伸肌峰力矩大,两者具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:跳高运动人体各肌群的力量水平是掌握运动技术的基础。跳高运动员髋关节肌群的力量水平是造成不同等级运动员技术差异、成绩差异的原因之一。
【Abstract】 Purposes:to research the heart muscle contraction biomechanical characteristics of the hip of high jumpers.Methods:ISOMED2000 Patterned tester of German was adopted to test the biomechanical characteristics of the first and secondary class jumpers of hip muscles when their hip muscles are constantly having concentric contraction at an equal speed(60°/s).Results:extensor muscles are more powerful than the flexor muscles in hip peak torque and the left or right extensor muscles,and the flexor peak torque of swinging leg of the first class athlete is bigger than secondary athletes with a significant difference(P<0.01);Extensor muscles peak torque of the first class athletes is bigger than Secondary athletes in a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the level of Muscle power is the basic of mastering the sport techniques.The levels of power of hip muscles are the reason which make differences of Technical and performance difference.
