【摘要】 为了贯彻落实国家体育总局和教育部关于"逐步在全国推行学校体育场馆向社会公众开放"的政策,学校体育场馆从2006年开始,逐步向社会公众开放。然而在学校体育场馆对外开放的过程中难免发生各种体育伤害事故,如何依据法律妥善处理此类体育伤害事故的经济赔偿或补偿,缓和家庭、社会与学校之间的矛盾却是影响社会体育开展的重要因素。试对现行行政法规、民事法规、经济法规、体育法规等相关内容进行分析研究,论证依据现行法规解决"问题"的可行性,为正确处理此类纠纷提供法律支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 2006,school sports venues have opened to the public according to the policy of "Gradually Opening School Sports Venues to the Public around China"issued by General Administration of Sport and Ministry of Education of China.It is,however,inevitable to avoid injury accidents during the opening of school sports venues.Therefore,economic compensation or reparation for injury accidents at the venues according to law constitutes an important factor influencing social sports as it can relieve the tension among the family of the injured,society and school.The paper tries to prove the feasibility of solving the "injuries"legitimately and provide legal support for such cases on the basis of current administrative regulations,civil regulations,economic regulations and sports regulations.更多还原
