【摘要】 《夜郎君法规》是彝文献《夜郎史传》中记述下来的一部由武益纳时代制作的法典,"法规"中的20条内容有着鲜明的奴隶制法的特点,体现出武益纳时代战时法的特征,包含了秦汉以前中原法典中罕见的民法内容,是一部值得深入研究和探讨的古代少数民族方国的法典。通过对其历史内容、古彝文字的产生、夜郎国统治民族有立法的传统以及同水西土司法规的比较等方面的论述,认为《夜郎君法规》作为夜郎国的一部法典,其历史真实性是值得肯定的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Law of Yelang Ruler is a code made in Wuyina period recorded in Historical Biography of Yelang a Yi language document,and the contents of 20 items in it have the distinct slavery features,reflecting the feature for law of war in Wuyina period and including a rare civil law content in the original code before Qin and Han dynasties.It is a code for minority nationality area and worth a deep study and investigation.Discussing its historical content,formation of ancient Yi character,the tradition of legislation of Yelang kingdom ruling over people and a comparison to Shuixi chieftain law,this paper shows that the Law of Yelang Ruler,as a code of Yelang kingdom,has a definite historical authenticity.更多还原
