【Abstract】 This article is based on the defining of the concept of regular institutions of higher education communities national defense education resources integration, coming up with the restrictive factors of regular institutions of higher education communities national defense education resources integration: teamwork mentality is dim; specificity and encapsulation of resources; possessing resources has strong principal part utilitarian; striped segmentation government administrative system is barrier; relevant support system is not sound; group identity and sense of belonging is not strong ; there are no cooperation mechanisms among brother schools, garrison, enterprise and public institution.更多还原
