【Abstract】 The documents in Yi language ancient books not only contain the historical culture of Yi people but also the ancient China civilization, and they are the valuable document resources of flourishing development for local culture with non-renewable feature. Making an analysis to Yi language ancient books resources of northwestern Guizhou, this article probes into the necessity, principle, existing problems and the selection to digital technology of the digital construction of documents in Yi language ancient books.
