三种医学图像格式的融合性能研究

【摘要】 医学图像的不同格式影响着图像融合性能,恰当选取合适的图像格式是医学图像融合技术的前提。本文首先选择常用的BMP、JPG、PNG图像格式,采用典型的小波变换进行小波融合,然后选用无下采样Contourlet变换(nonsubsampled contourlet transform,NSCT)进行融合对比验证。实验结果显示PNG格式图像无论在融合性能还是运行时间和存储空间都具有优势。

【Abstract】 Medical image formats influence the qualities of image fusion.It is important to select the image formats correctly for image fusion.Selecting the common image formats such as BMP,JPG and PNG,wavelet image fusions were firstly realized using wavelet types,and than the comparison experiments were completed based on nonsubsampled contourlet transform(NSCT).Simulation results showed that PNG format was optimization from the quality of fusion to CPU time and archiving.
