毛竹叶片光合色素的光谱估算模型

【摘要】 采用便携式光谱分析仪UniSpec-SC对毛竹叶片的光谱特性与光合色素含量进行相关分析和回归分析,建立了毛竹叶片光合色素含量与绿峰位置、红边波段和红边位置之间的定量分析模型,并对模型的稳定性和预测能力进行了检验。结果表明:叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的最佳光谱估算模型均为以红边波段光谱反射率为自变量的指数函数模型,该模型对毛竹幼叶、1龄成熟叶、2龄成熟叶各参数的预测有很好的拟合度和精度,同时也适用于雷竹和乌哺鸡等刚竹属同类竹种的光合色素估算。

【Abstract】 Correlation and regression analyses between spectral characteristics and pigment content of Phyllostachys pubescens leaves was conducted using UniSpec-SC spectral analysis system (PP Systems Inc.),based on a model which had been established for quantitative analysis between the photosynthetic pigment content and spectral parameters such as green peak,red edge wave band and red edge position. The stablility and reliability of the model were tested. The results showed that the best models for spectral estimation of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,the total chlorophylls and carotenoids were exponential equations with the percentage of reflection of the red edge wave band as an independent variable. The models have desirable precision and accuracy in predicting performance of newborn leaves,one-year-old and two-year-old leaves of Phyllostachys,and are also suitable for estimating the photosynthetic pigment content of congenic species,such as Phyllostachys praecox and Phyllostachys vivax.
