【摘要】 目的探讨HSP27在舌鳞癌中的表达及意义。方法对19例正常舌黏膜、79例舌鳞癌用免疫组化检测HSP27的表达。对其表达水平进行统计学分析。结果在正常舌粘膜上皮中,HSP27主要位于棘层细胞胞浆,呈棕黄色或黄色颗粒。在舌鳞癌组织中HSP27主要分布于上皮全层,其表达显著高于正常舌黏膜(P<0.05),不同分化程度舌鳞癌患者中HSP27的平均表达水平有显著性差异(P<0.001),高分化表达水平最高,低分化表达水平最低;不同临床分期以及是否淋巴结转移HSP27的表达无显著差异。结论 HSP27表达的改变可能与舌鳞癌的发生发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of HSP27 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of HSP27 was detected by immunohistochemical technique in 79 cases of tongue cancer and 19 normal oral mucosa and statistically analyzed.Results In nomal oral mucosa,HSP27 was stained and located in the strata spinosum.The expression of HSP27 in tongue cancer was significantly higher than in nomal oral mucosa(P<0.001).There was a significant difference among different differentiation,with the well-differentiated lesion expressing the highest and the poorly differentiated lesoin expressing the lowest(P<0.05).There were no significant differences among different stages and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion HSP27 may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
