【摘要】 自上个世纪80年代初实施对外开放的基本国策,到90年代初,逐步形成了沿海开放、内地开放和沿边开放的对外开放区域布局。以党的十七大提出"提升沿边开放"为标志,我国开始了新一轮沿边开放。全面总结第一轮沿边开放的主要成绩和经验,分析第二轮沿边开放的发展趋势,对于加快和提升沿边开放,优化我国全方位开放的区域布局,推进开放型经济协调和健康发展是十分必要和迫切的。更多还原
